How Golf Courses Use Digital Menu Boards
From the clubhouse to the banquet hall, every area of your course has different menu needs. Pub Menu makes it easy to keep every screen up to date from a single dashboard.
Clubhouse Restaurant
The clubhouse is often the busiest food and beverage location on the property. Automatically switch between breakfast, lunch, dinner, and happy hour menus throughout the day. Update specials, pricing, and seasonal offerings once and every clubhouse screen stays in sync.
Halfway House & Turn Stand
Keep grab-and-go menus accurate without sending staff across the course. Remove sold-out items, update beverage availability, adjust pricing, and promote featured items from a single dashboard. Changes appear on screen immediately.

Tournaments & Events
Create dedicated menus for tournaments, member events, and charity outings. Display meal packages, beverage specials, sponsor promotions, and event schedules. Schedule everything in advance and automatically return to your regular menu when the event ends.
Wedding & Banquets
Many golf courses host weddings, receptions, and private events throughout the year. Create custom displays for dinner service, bar packages, welcome messages, and event schedules without affecting your everyday restaurant menus.

Seasonal Operations
Golf courses change throughout the year. Run different menus during peak season, simplify operations during slower months, and prepare for special holiday events. When the season changes, your menus can change with it automatically.

Frequently Asked Questions
I run a seasonal golf course. Can I pause or cancel during the offseason?
Absolutely. We recommend the monthly plan for maximum flexibility. Stay on the base plan during peak season, add channels for tournament days and events, then cancel during the offseason.
We'll keep all your menus, pricing, and settings for up to 12 months after cancellation. When the course opens next season, log back in and pick up exactly where you left off.
Can I show different menus in the clubhouse, grill, and banquet hall?
Yes. Create a channel for each unique playlist you need.
What hardware do I need?
Pub Menu works on Roku, Roku TVs, Fire TV devices, and any TV with a web browser. If you already have smart TVs in your clubhouse or grill room, you're likely good to go. No expensive digital signage hardware required.
The business plan includes 3 channels. What if I need more?
Need more than 3 channels? Add additional channels at any time for $8/month each.
Can I schedule menus by time of day and day of week?
Yes. Set your breakfast menu to run from 6U+002d11 AM, lunch from 11U+002d4 PM, and activate happy hour specials automatically at 4 PM. You can also schedule different menus for weekdays versus weekends, or set up special menus in advance.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time with a single click. There are no long-term contracts.
Can I use Pub Menu on multiple TVs?
Yes. You can display your menus on as many TVs as you want using the same account. There are no per-TV fees.
Do I need internet for this to work?
Yes. An internet connection is required to display and update your menus. If the internet is down, your menus will still be visible, but you won't be able to update them.
Is my content public?
Menus are designed to be publicly viewable on TVs, but only you can edit them.
